Because we know that healthcare procedures are often more complex for people living abroad, we provide our members with a whole range of practical services to help them on a daily basis

1. Download the MSH app to geolocate nearby healthcare professionals

As soon as you download the MSH mobile app, you will be able to geolocate nearby healthcare professionals wherever you are in the world. You can select them by country, city, type and specialty. You will have access to their contact details as well as information regarding their specialties and spoken languages. You will also be able to find out if they are registered members of the MSH network and accept direct billing for all medical procedures or just certain ones, or whether they're mentioned for information only.

2. Receive your MSH Card to access the MSH network

As soon as your enrollment has been completed, you will receive your MSH Member card with your name, and personal identification number. It will also have the name and duration of your contract and all the emergency medical evacuation phone numbers you need in case of problem. Thanks to your card, you will be able to benefit from direct billing and avoid having to pay hospital and medical fees in advance (except for benefits with co-payments).

3. Access your account online

Just log in to your member space to access a global network of healthcare providers approved by MSH International. You can select them by country, city, type and specialty and will have direct access to their contact details as well as information about their services and spoken languages. You will also be able to find out if they are registered members of the MSH network and accept direct billing for all or certain medical procedures, or if they're mentioned for information only.
